Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Sales department as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products.
This role demands a strategic and customer-centric individual who will be responsible for managing and expanding the gold loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving business growth through effective relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in secured lending, and possess robust analytical and negotiation skills to deliver tailored financial solutions to our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities:-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote gold loan products and services.
Assess customer eligibility and creditworthiness by analyzing financial documents and collateral valuation to ensure risk mitigation.
