Problem-Solution, or Social Proof? This is a full-stack brand design role. You will own everything the customer sees: the ads that acquire them, the social content that builds trust, and the website experience that converts them. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing Creatives: Design high-converting static ads, carousels and creative variations for Meta and Google campaigns Build multiple angle variations and hooks for structured creative testing Design landing page visual assets that carry the ad message through to conversion Social Media Creative Design: Design organic social content for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube — static posts, carousels, story sets and Reel covers Build and maintain a consistent visual language across the brand grid so paid and organic feel like one brand Translate product launches, offers, ingredient stories and UGC into scroll-stopping social assets Design festive, seaso
