We are looking for confident and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives – Voice Process .
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist customers with product, service,



and process-related information
- Identify and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Voice Process, BPO, Customer Service, or Call Center
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Excellent English communication skills
