Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata Project Type: Hospitality Key Responsibilities: • Responsible and accountable for leading the entire construction team to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of the hotel project within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards. • Manage and coordinate with all key stakeholders including clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, vendors, contractors, and client-appointed partners to ensure smooth project execution. • Lead and supervise the Project Engineering team, Construction Managers, and Assistant Project Managers (APMs) across disciplines including Civil, MEP, Interiors, and Hotel Fit-outs.



• Ensure effective planning and scheduling of the project in coordination with the planning team, including preparation of master construction schedules, progress reports, tender programmes, weekly look-ahead plans, and critical path monitoring. • Monitor performance of Supervision Consultants, Contractors, and Subcontractors with respect to technical submittals, QA/QC compliance, and construction quality, and recommend corrective actions when required. • Prepare and present monthly progress reports, schedule commentary, and critical item action reports, highlighting potential risks and mitigation strategies. • Establish and control systems to capture daily site resources (labour, plant, and materials) to monitor productivity, identify delays, and support contractual claims or dispute resolution. • Ensure strict adherence to project procedures, safety standards, and quality protocols while driving continuous improvement in pr
