NetBounce Global LLP is looking for a Sales Representative – Admissions to manage the complete admissions and candidate conversion process for our career-focused training programme.
The programme is designed for B.Com graduates, Inter CA, Semi-qualified CA, and CA dropouts, preparing them for career opportunities in US Accounting and Taxation with placement support.
The ideal candidate will have solid communication and counselling skills, a target-oriented approach, and the ability to convert qualified leads into enrolments through consultative selling.
• Manage the complete admissions cycle, from initial enquiry and lead qualification to assessment booking and final enrolment.
• Follow up with leads generated through Instagram, masterclasses, walk-ins, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Schedule and coordinate entrance assessments for prospective candidates.




• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with candidates who qualify through the assessment.
• Understand candidate career goals and recommend the appropriate programme and placement support.
• Drive same-day admissions through effective counselling, negotiation, objection handling, and closing.
• Explain programme structure, fees, career opportunities, and placement support clearly and accurately.
• Conduct outreach and develop relationships with colleges, coaching institutes, and relevant educational communities across Ahmedabad.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, assessment, and admission records in the CRM.
• Consistently follow up with prospective candidates and maintain a healthy admissions pipeline.
• Achieve individual and team-wise admissions and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth candidate onboarding experience.
