Job Description Role Summary The Senior Accounts Manager is responsible for the end-to-end financial management, accounting accuracy, and regulatory compliance of Vanmoh Chit Funds across the Head Office and all branches. Based at the Head Office, the role handles and monitors consolidated accounts for the entire branch network, owns salary and expense disbursements, subscriber and chit group accounting, collections reconciliation, prize money and dividend disbursement, statutory filings, and audit readiness — working closely with branch accounts staff, operations, and the Managing Director/CFO to ensure sound financial control and compliance with chit fund regulations across all locations.



Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Control • Handle and monitor end-to-end accounts of the Head Office and all branches, ensuring consolidated books are accurate, current, and audit-ready at all times. • Maintain accurate books of accounts for the Head Office and consolidate branch-level accounts in line with company accounting policies and applicable accounting standards. • Oversee subscriber-wise and chit group-wise ledgers across all branches, ensuring accurate recording of installments, dues, and defaults. • Manage day-to-day cash and
