Position: Franchisee Development Manager

Job Type:Full-Time / Remote / Field-Based (as per business requirements)
Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and relationship-driven Franchisee Development Manager to lead the expansion of the AGROHA Chapter and Franchisee Network.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to identify,



connect with, engage, and convert suitable Business Owners and Entrepreneurs into AGROHA Chapter Directors and Franchisee Partners across different cities and regions.
The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Business Development, Sales, Networking, Relationship Management, Franchise Development, and Community Building .

Key Responsibilities1. Franchisee & Chapter Partner Development
- Identify potential Business Owners and Entrepreneurs who can become AGROHA Franchisee Partners or Chapter Directors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, databases, social media, events, and direct outreach.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to explain the AGROHA business model and franchisee opportunity.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential Franchisee Partners.

2. Lead Conversion & Sales
- Understand the requirements and expectations of potential partners.
