About the Role
We are looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to support the execution and management of direct and programmatic digital advertising campaigns.
The role will partner closely with Account Executives, clients, internal teams, Ad Operations teams, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate campaign implementation, strong delivery, effective optimisation, and high-quality client service.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, strategic, client-focused, and comfortable working in a quick-paced digital advertising environment.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage and support high-profile and complex video and display advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
- Set up and implement campaigns accurately across ad servers, SSPs, and programmatic platforms.
- Manage end-to-end campaign implementation, including creative trafficking, ad tags, campaign setup, and QA.
- Support Direct, PMP, and Programmatic Guaranteed campaign setup and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, Account Executives, DSPs, SSPs, creative teams, and other stakeholders.
- Collect campaign assets and coordinate creative kickoff meetings.
- Review creative assets to ensure they meet technical specifications and communicate required changes.
- Monitor campaign performance, delivery, and pacing and provide optimisation recommendations.
- Troubleshoot under-delivery, ad-server issues, third-party discrepancies, and campaign performance challenges.
