Key Responsibilities
1.Candidate Development and Talent Network
- Build and continuously strengthen a high-quality candidate database across the Construction, Real Estate & Infrastructure sectors.
- Actively connect with professionals through calls, LinkedIn, email and other networking channels.
- Introduce candidates to the Antal brand and build long-term professional relationships.




- Conduct detailed one-on-one Candidate Qualification / Profile Discussion calls to understand candidates' experience, skills, career aspirations, compensation and mobility.
- Maintain detailed and updated candidate profiles within the talent network.
- Build a pool of Antal Placable Candidates who can be quickly mapped to current and upcoming client requirements.

2.End - to - End Recruitment
- Proactively search, source and identify suitable candidates through multiple channels against client hiring needs.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and client expectations.
- Present relevant candidate profiles to clients with strong candidate pitching.
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end from sourcing and candidate engagement to client coordination, interviews, closure and joining.
- Build strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

3.Business Development & Client Acquisition
