Role Description This is a full-time, in office Pre-Sales Business Analyst role based in Jaipur. The Pre-Sales Business Analyst collaborates with the sales team to understand client requirements, analyze business processes, and map customer needs to docEdge and bpmEdge capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting requirements discovery sessions, preparing solution proposals,



creating process diagrams or use cases, and delivering product demonstrations tailored to client workflows. The role involves supporting RFP/RFI responses, documenting functional specifications, and coordinating with product and implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with product strategy. The analyst also gathers client feedback from pre-sales engagements and helps refine product positioning and sales collateral.
