Key Responsibilities Ocean Export (Nomination Shipments)




- Handle end-to-end Ocean Export Operations for nominated FCL & LCL shipments.
- Coordinate with nominated customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, NVOCCs, transporters, CHA, and other stakeholders for smooth shipment execution.
- Receive and process shipment nominations from overseas agents/customers and ensure timely coordination with the concerned parties.
- Manage booking placement, vessel schedules, cut-off timelines, and shipment execution as per customer/agent requirements.
- Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI) within the stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with customers, agents, and shipping lines for HBL & MBL issuance, amendments, surrender, and telex release.
- Monitor cargo movement, container pickup, stuffing, customs clearance, documentation, and vessel departure.
