About Position:

We are looking for an SAP Technical Lead with robust expertise in SAP ABAP development and SAP project delivery to lead end-to-end technical execution across SAP implementation, enhancement, support, and transformation programs. The role involves driving technical solution delivery, managing cross-functional dependencies, coordinating with multiple SAP workstreams, and ensuring successful execution across development, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live phases.

What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end SAP technical delivery for implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
- Participate in requirement gathering workshops and solution design discussions with business and functional teams.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and detailed technical specifications.
- Establish and enforce SAP development standards, technical governance, and best practices.
- Drive delivery quality,



technical compliance, and project milestones across multiple initiatives.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of SAP RICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
- Review technical designs, code quality, and development deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to ABAP development teams.
- Collaborate closely with SAP Functional Consultants across SD, MM, FI, CO, and PP modules.
- Coordinate with SAP Basis teams for landscape management, transports, upgrades, and environment readiness.
- Work with SAP Security and GRC teams to support role design, authorizations, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with Integration and Middleware teams for interface development, monitoring, and issue resolution.
