ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Sales Development Representative at Wishtree Technologies, you will be the first point of contact between our business and prospective clients. Your role is critical; you will identify high-value prospects, open meaningful conversations, and build a healthy, qualified pipeline that fuels our sales team. You'll work in a culture that values curiosity, accountability, and genuine relationship-building over script-following.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute targeted outreach via LinkedIn, cold calls,



personalized email sequences, and other channels to connect with decision makers in mid-to-large enterprises.
- Lead Qualification: Deeply understand a prospect's business challenges, technology landscape, and buying process, and use that insight to qualify leads efficiently and hand over high-intent opportunities to the sales team.
- LinkedIn Strategy: Build and maintain a solid LinkedIn presence; leverage Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting, relationship nurturing, and social selling that reflects Wishtree's brand well.
- Cold Calling Excellence: Make confident, consultative cold calls with a structured approach not a script. Know how to open a conversation, handle objections, and earn the next meeting.
- CRM Hygiene & Reporting: Own your pipeline data log, every activity, track lead status, and maintain clean records in CRM tools. Use data to refine your outreach strategy.
