About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Partner Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, healthcare organizations, doctors, and other healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard recent B2B healthcare partners.
- Develop partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, healthcare chains, and medical institutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, meetings, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions.
- Prepare proposals and commercial terms and support partnership closure.




- Manage the complete partnership lifecycle from lead generation to onboarding and relationship management.
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, operations, and management teams to execute partnerships.
- Track partnership performance, revenue, and business targets.
- Explore new markets and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, pipeline, and conversions in CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine / Healthcare (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, or equivalent) preferred.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or Business Development.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Healthcare, or MedTech.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and medical industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
