Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to establish and lead our B2B Sales & Operations team in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 4–5 executives, developing relationships with education consultants and business partners across India, ensuring smooth admission and visa processing, and driving business growth.
This is a leadership role requiring excellent people management, business development, operational coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities

mentor, and manage a team of 4–5 sales and operations executives.
- Recruit, train, and monitor team performance to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with education consultants, referral partners, and sub-agents across India.
- Generate new B2B partnerships and expand the company's business network.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, applications, admissions, and visa processes.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, overseas partners, and internal departments.
- Monitor daily productivity and ensure service quality across the team.
- Resolve operational challenges and support team members in handling complex cases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure all company processes, documentation, and compliance standards are followed.
