JOB DESCRIPTION Project Lead – Senior Associate Position: Project Lead – Senior Associate Department: Architecture / Project Delivery Experience: 12–20 Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Lead – Senior Associate to lead the design coordination and project execution of a large-scale commercial project. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project leadership, BIM/ACC-based project delivery, consultant coordination, and execution , with a proven track record of successfully completed projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale commercial projects from design development through execution. Take overall responsibility for project coordination, delivery, timelines, and quality . Lead project coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines. Manage and coordinate multiple sub-consultants , ensuring timely deliverables and resolution of design issues. Drive project workflows using BIM and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) . Review and monitor BIM coordination and model-based project delivery.



Ensure effective communication between the client, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams. Identify project risks, coordination challenges, and potential delays, and proactively address them. Monitor project deliverables against agreed timelines and quality standards. Support design development, documentation, coordination, and execution-related activities. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and ensure effective collaboration across disciplines. Participate in client meetings, design reviews, coordination meetings, and project discussions. Required Skills & Experience 12–20 years of professional experience in architecture/project delivery.
