and manage VMware vSphere components (ESXi, vCenter Server) Provision, configure, and maintain virtual machines (VMs) based on business requirements Perform VM lifecycle management (creation, modification, migration, decommissioning) Manage clusters, resource pools, HA, DRS, and vMotion Monitor VMware environment performance, health, and capacity Troubleshoot issues related to ESXi hosts, VMs, storage, and networking Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to VMware components Plan and implement capacity management and performance tuning Support backup and recovery solutions (VM snapshots, VM-level backups) Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness Maintain VMware documentation and architecture diagrams Coordinate with storage, network, and backup teams for virtualization-related activities Windows Server Administration Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022) Manage Act
