Role Overview We are seeking a high-caliber investment professional with a proven track record in institutional fund management and fundamental equity investing. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in equity markets, portfolio management, and special situations/event-driven opportunities, with the ability to generate superior risk-adjusted returns across market cycles. What You Must Have • 8–15 years of relevant experience in Fund Management, Asset Management, PMS, Mutual Funds, AIFs, Insurance Funds, Family Offices, or Institutional Investments. • Demonstrated experience managing or co-managing large institutional equity portfolios. • Strong expertise in equity research, valuation, portfolio construction, and risk management. • Experience across leading AMCs, PMS platforms, Mutual Funds, Insurance Funds, AIFs, or Institutional Investment Firms. • Exposure to corporate actions, special situations, or event-driven investment opportunities is highly preferred. • Proven track record of delivering consistent alpha and superior risk-adjusted returns. • Solid analytical,
