Lead Generation / Sales Executive Location: Shillong, Meghalaya – Office Based Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience performance incentives We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Generation / Sales Executive to join our growing call centre operation in Shillong. This is a new role within a developing department , and we are looking for someone who can not only deliver robust individual results but potentially play an important part in building and developing the department as it grows. For the right person, there will be a genuine opportunity to progress into Team Leader, Management and potentially Senior Management positions as the department expands. The Role You will be speaking with UK-based customers, generating and qualifying opportunities and working towards clearly defined performance targets. This is a target-driven position, so we are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, commercially minded and used to working in a high-performance sales or lead generation environment.
