Key Responsibilities • Lead Group Insurance pricing, profitability and pricing governance • Develop and review actuarial models, pricing assumptions and analytics • Analyse underwriting, claims and reinsurance experience and incorporate insights into pricing assumptions • Drive portfolio profitability, pricing margins and VNB objectives • Support new product launches and pricing initiatives • Lead actuarial support for reinsurance strategy and treaty negotiations • Ensure IRDAI compliance, product approvals and regulatory requirements • Improve pricing processes, automation and efficiency • Lead,
