About the Role Policybazaar is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Telesales to lead large-scale B2C telesales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing high-volume sales teams, driving revenue targets, and improving key operational metrics such as productivity, conversion, attrition, and shrinkage . The candidate will be responsible for leading team performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring consistent achievement of business goals in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large Telesales / B2C Sales teams to achieve business targets. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets . Monitor and improve key performance metrics including Productivity, Conversion, Attrition, Shrinkage, and Quality . Develop and implement effective strategies to improve sales performance and conversion rates . Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching, feedback, and performance reviews for team leaders and team members. Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate action plans .



Drive team engagement and maintain high levels of employee productivity. Monitor attendance, adherence, productivity, and overall operational performance. Work closely with Quality, Training, HR, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives. Ensure adherence to defined process, quality, compliance, and customer experience standards . Analyze performance data and prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review. Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational and customer-related issues. Build a strong performance-driven culture within the telesales function. Mandatory Requirements 8 years of overall experience in Telesales / B2C Sales / Voice Sales. Proven experience in large team handling and people management . Strong experience in managing high-volume telesales operations . Hands-on experience in managing Attrition and Shrinkage .
