WHAT WILL YOU DO You will be responsible for driving sales of VisionSure’s offerings through partner insurance companies and insurance intermediaries. Build partnerships with insurance companies and launch VisionSure benefits in their health insurance offerings, both for retail health and group health business Manage (few) Insurance accounts and drive sales through insurance companies and linked insurance intermediaries Continue to build new products for Vision benefits with Insurance companies, and manage the internal processes of Insurance companies to take these products live Drive sales of the VisionSure insurance product or wellness package through partnerships with Insurance intermediaries Build new partnerships with insurance intermediaries Provide feedback for product development to create new and innovative vision care solutions Assist internal sales team in building stronger relationships with insurance companies REQUIREMENT Prior experience in insurance, insurtech, or insurance distribution, specifically within Health Insurance and Employee Benefits (Group benefits,
