Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kochi. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and support growth initiatives in target markets.



Daily activities include lead generation, prospecting, preparing and delivering client presentations, and coordinating with internal recruitment and operations teams to align services with client needs. The role involves managing client accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking business performance metrics, and contributing to sales strategies and market expansion plans.
