About the Role: We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Full Stack Tech / Backend heavy Lead who thrives in fuzzy, fast-paced environments. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical execution, architectural ownership, and initial people/stakeholder management exposure.



You will divide your time between anchoring the tech strategy for our new Wealth Charter and leading the zero-to-one engineering execution for org-wide products. You will get to solve some interesting problems right away: Building a 0-to-1 Wealth Platform from Scratch: You will have full technical and architectural ownership to design and build our new Wealth Management ecosystem and org-wide greenfield initiatives completely from the ground up.
