We are looking for an experienced and highly organized AI Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Artificial Intelligence initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine robust AI knowledge with program and project management expertise to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to successful implementation.

You will work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, product managers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to ensure AI programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong ownership, structured thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable AI programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI programs and projects, from ideation and planning through execution, deployment,



and post-launch optimization.
- Define program objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, resource plans, and program documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Manage multiple AI initiatives simultaneously while ensuring priorities, timelines, and resources remain aligned.
- Track program progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular project reviews, status meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive reporting.
