Job Description
- Lead overall plant operations, ensuring delivery of production, quality, and customer service targets.
- Manage continuous process manufacturing systems, including kiln and furnace-based operations.
- Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, OEE improvement, and productivity enhancement programmes.
- Oversee maintenance, engineering, utilities, supply chain, manufacturing, and EHS functions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
- Lead workforce management initiatives, including industrial relations and union engagement.




- Develop leadership capability and foster a high-performance culture throughout the plant.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic projects, capacity expansion, and operational transformation initiative

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- A degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in managing manufacturing operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Confidence in handling production targets and deadlines.
- Good understanding of safety and compliance standards.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
