About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and successfully delivering our EdTech, AI, software, academic technology, and digital transformation projects.

The role will act as the central point of coordination between Product, Technology, AI/ML, UI/UX, Academic, Content, QA, Operations, and external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards.

The Project Manager will work closely on products including Chrono LMS, Chrono PACE, Chrono Sense, as well as current products, integrations, and customised institutional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

Convert product requirements and business objectives into detailed project plans.





Define scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resources.

Create and maintain project schedules and execution trackers.

Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise activities.

2. Cross-Functional Team Management

Coordinate day-to-day execution between:

Software Developers

AI/ML Engineers

Product Managers

UI/UX Designers

QA/Test Engineers

Academic & Content Teams

Data/BI Teams

IT/Infrastructure Teams

External Technology Vendors

Conduct regular meetings, track action items, resolve dependencies, and ensure accountability.

3. Product & Technology Coordination

Work closely with Product Managers and technical teams to understand requirements.

Track development of web, mobile, LMS, AI, analytics, and integration projects.
