Regional Sales Manager – Asia

Gram Equipment is looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Asia to strengthen our sales activities across the region, with a particular focus on the Indian market.

The role

As Regional Sales Manager – Asia, you will be responsible for developing sales and customer relationships across the region,



with the majority of your customer activities expected to be focused on India.

You will work closely with both existing and potential customers to understand their production needs, challenges and business opportunities and translate these into technically and commercially attractive solutions. The role requires a robust combination of commercial drive, technical understanding and a consultative approach to sales.

You will manage opportunities throughout the sales process – from initial customer contact and identification of needs through quotation, negotiation and closing, followed by a well-prepared handover to our Engineering and project organization.

At the same time, you will act as an important link between the market and Gram Equipment, sharing customer insights, competitor information and market trends with colleagues across the organization.
