Job Description
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of approximately 350 employees.
- Drive HRMS strategy, HR technology adoption, automation initiatives, and people analytics.
- Build robust HR dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Develop and strengthen HR policies, governance mechanisms, and operational frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Partner closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team on people-related priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organization effectiveness and workforce management.
- Lead employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Strengthen HR controls, documentation practices, and audit readiness across the organization.




- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across business, functional, and project teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four HR professionals.
- Support workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives.
- Ensure effective handling of employee relations and disciplinary matters where required.
- Build scalable people practices aligned with the organization's growth objectives.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- 14+ years of experience in Human Resources, including senior HR leadership roles.
- Robust expertise in HR Operations, HR Governance, and People Systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading HRMS implementations, process automation, and HR analytics initiatives.
- Deep understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, and employment regulations.
- Experience managing HR teams
