This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the prospect to learn and develop the skills necessary to become proficient in your job. Each day, you will gain required knowledge and skills through vocational training and share time between school/college and ABB. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with internal resources for delivering effective solutions and implementing process improvements.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Enhancing operational efficiency by diligently following Key Performance Indicators,



closely monitoring the status of orders, and taking prompt actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries, identifying improvement areas, and collaborating with internal resources to implement them.
- Following instructions, practicing your skills, and seeking feedback to ensure your progress.
- Participating in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
