- Design, develop, and facilitate a variety of training programs including onboarding, leadership development, skills enhancement, and specialized workshops to support organizational goals and employee development
- Execute a comprehensive onboarding experience for new employees,



ensuring a smooth transition and strong foundation for success; continuously update and improve onboarding processes based on feedback and organizational needs
- Conduct thorough needs assessments in collaboration with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training requirements; translate findings into actionable learning strategies
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all training activities, participant information, and completion rates; analyze training data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI
- Support the development and coaching of departmental trainers, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across all training initiatives throughout the organization
- Oversee the administration of online learning management systems, including course assignments, progress monitoring, and completion tracking for mandatory and elective programs
- Partner with operational leaders to review job task checklists and training tools, ensuring they support effective departmental onboarding and skill developmen
