Job Description
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability.
- Define annual sales plans, budgets, pricing frameworks, and volume growth targets.
- Build and manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations for high-value commercial contracts and long-term supply agreements.
- Drive brand positioning and market penetration initiatives across domestic and export markets.
- Identify recent business opportunities, emerging market trends, and growth segments.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry developments, and pricing dynamics to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain,



and operations teams to align customer demand with manufacturing capacity.
- Support inventory optimisation and efficient fulfilment of customer requirements.
- Lead product launch initiatives and promote value-added product offerings.
- Establish robust sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting mechanisms.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including customer acquisition, account management, and collections.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Paper Technology, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing within manufacturing, industrial, packaging, paper, or allied sectors.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large customer portfolios.
