Standard operating procedures /(SOPs/) should be followed when loading raw materials or castings into fixtures, clamping parts firmly, and starting machining cycles. Use precision metrology instruments to check machined items during production runs to make sure they meet surface finish specifications and blueprint dimensions. To maintain tight tolerances and save scrap, monitor tool wear and cutting performance throughout continuous runs. Make small wear offset changes on machine controllers. Conduct routine daily autonomous maintenance /(TPM/), which includes keeping work spaces secure and clean, checking coolant concentration, keeping an eye on oil levels,



and removing metal chips and swarf from enclosures. Complete post/-machining tasks include deburring, cleaning, washing, colour/-coding, and stacking parts into pallets or material handling bins.
