It is part of a large international group and offers the opportunity to lead a significant retail business undergoing further growth and sales transformation.

Job Description
- Own the overall Retail Sales business across GT, MT and E-commerce, driving short- and long-term business objectives.
- Develop and execute Pan India sales, GTM and distribution strategies to drive revenue, volume and profitable growth.
- Strengthen the distribution ecosystem, including distributor productivity, ROI, margins, investments and expansion opportunities.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain to improve inventory management, availability and distribution efficiency.
- Lead, coach and develop a large, high-performing sales team, while driving capability building, recruitment, training and succession planning.
- Own business planning, budgeting and commercial execution, while driving the overall sales transformation agenda





The Successful Applicant
- 10-18 years of experience in FMCG, preferably Food/F&B.;
- Strong experience in General Trade sales & distribution with ownership of a sizeable business.
- Candidates currently working as GT Head, ZSM, RSM, with additional experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial Excellence, GTM Strategy, Sales Transformation or Sales Development
- Exposure to Up-to-date Trade and E-commerce would be an advantage.
- Strong people leadership, commercial acumen and experience managing revenue, profitability and large sales teams.
