Job Description
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
- Provide legal advice to internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support dispute resolution and legal proceedings.
- Assist with risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct legal research and provide updates on regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records of legal documents and correspondence.
- Collaborate with external legal advisors as needed.
The Successful Applicant
- PQE: 3-5 years
- LLB+CS
- Experience in legal documentation and contract review.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Preferably knowledge of consumer Protection law, intellectual property, and other corporate laws.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
