The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining solid client relationships, coordinating projects from initiation to completion, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of client requirements.

The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. The successful candidate will act as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring that expectations are clearly understood, deliverables are aligned, and projects progress smoothly.

- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.




- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and understand their business requirements, expectations, and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to translate client requirements into clear project briefs and actionable deliverables.
- Manage projects from planning and execution through completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
- Prepare project schedules, track milestones, follow up on deliverables, and communicate progress to clients and relevant internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with creative, operations, sales, marketing, technology, or other teams as required to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proactively identify potential project delays, client concerns, or operational challenges and work toward timely resolutions.
