About the role

The State Program Officer will be responsible for providing technical assistance to the state government (Health and ICDS) and ensuring successful implementation of Maternal and Newborn programs. The position will play a dual role in providing technical assistance, and project and financial management for the assigned projects. In this role you will be responsible to:

· Support the Country Office and State Program Representative (SPR) in the development of new projects and pre-contracting process (TOR, budget planning, etc)
