We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer with strong experience across contemporary frontend and backend technologies to build and scale AI-native products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Flask, PostgreSQL, and Generative AI.

This is a high-ownership role where you will work across the complete product development lifecycle, from designing intuitive user experiences and building frontend applications to developing backend services, integrating AI capabilities, and supporting production deployments.

The role is suited for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, works comfortably in a fast-paced startup environment, and is excited about building intelligent products where Generative AI is deeply integrated into core product workflows.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Build responsive, scalable,



and performant web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Implement SSR and SSG patterns using Next.js where appropriate.
- Translate Figma designs into reusable, accessible, and high-quality UI components.
- Develop AI-native user experiences including chat interfaces, streaming responses, AI copilots, and intelligent workflows.
- Manage frontend state, API integrations, error handling, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Flask.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for frontend applications and third-party integrations.
- Integrate Generative AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and similar platforms into core product workflows.
- Build AI workflows involving prompt engineering, RAG, response parsing, and agent orchestration.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, sessions, and related security practices.
