Job Description
n We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Kitchen Intern to join our culinary team at Belle Patisserie.

n What You’ll Do
n
n * Assist chefs with mise-en-place and food preparation
n * Support daily kitchen and catering production
n * Learn professional cooking techniques, recipes and kitchen systems
n * Assist with events and live counters when required
n * Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
n * Participate in new dish and recipe trials
n
n Who We’re Looking For
n
n * Culinary Arts / Hotel Management students or recent graduates
n * Passionate about food and eager to learn
n * Hardworking, disciplined and comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen
n * Positive attitude and robust team player
n
n Hands-on exposure across catering, events, production and menu development.
