nWe are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with expertise in at least one core Oracle HCM Cloud module: Compensation, Benefits, or Payroll. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements.
nKey Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.n
- Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on business needs.n
- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.n
- Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.n
- Support data migration, integrations, testing, and user training activities.n




- Collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and extensions.n
- Perform SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.n
- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.n
- Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases and new features.n

nMandatory Skills

- n
- Minimum 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.n
- Expertise in at least one of the following modules:n
- Oracle Compensation Cloudn
- Oracle Benefits Cloudn
- Oracle Payroll Cloudn
- Solid understanding of HCM business processes.n
- Experience in configuration, implementation, and support projects.n
- Knowledge of HCM data structures, security, and reporting.n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.n
