nLTTS is looking for a Strategy Manager to join the Digital Manufacturing Practice. This role sits at the intersection of account strategy, large deal origination, and executive-level content creation — shaping and supporting large deal pursuits across marquee manufacturing accounts in automotive, aerospace, truck & off-highway, industrial products, plant engineering, and medtech.

nRequired Skills & Experience

- n
- 7–10 years in strategy, solution consulting, business development, or pursuit management within engineering services / manufacturing technologyn
- Solid grasp of at least 2–3 of: PLM, MES, digital twin, industrial automation, IoT, AI/analytics in manufacturing contextsn




- Proven ability to build executive-ready presentations and structured business casesn
- Experience with large deal pursuits ($1M+ TCV) and multi-stakeholder deal cyclesn
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfort presenting to senior client and internal leadershipn
