Job Summary
nThe Production Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring smooth production flow, achieving output and delivery targets, optimizing manpower and machinery utilization, and maintaining strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. The position will lead production and production-allied teams to ensure high levels of operational efficiency and on-time delivery performance (OTIF).

- Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, and Quality teams to maintain smooth process flow.n

- Drive productivity and cost efficiency through process optimization and capacity utilization.n
- Monitor key performance metrics such as OTIF, Cost per Gram,



and Manufacturing Uptime.n
- Identify and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) and waste-reduction initiatives.n

- Supervise and guide production supervisors, line leaders, and operators for effective output and discipline.n
