nPOSITION SUMMARY

nThis role sits within HR organization and is a core member of the Talent Acquisition team. This role partners with the U.S. recruiting team to deliver talent research and sourcing, candidate/interview coordination and recruiting operations support. In addition, this role will lead recruiting efforts for high volume client service or technology roles based on assignment.

nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
n

nTalent Research, Market Intelligence & Sourcing
n
- n
- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for open roles (skills, locations, compensation signals, and target employers) using HireEz softwaren
- Execute sourcing end‑to‑end for assigned roles including outreach, screening alignment, and recruiter handoffn
- Develop target company lists and sourcing strategies aligned to each role and business unitn

nInterview Scheduling & Candidate Experience
n
- n
- Own interview scheduling across time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interviewersn
- Manage candidate communications, guidance,



and follow‑ups with clear timelines and expectationsn
- Coordinate reschedules, interview logistics, and interview prep materials; identify and resolve scheduling bottlenecks quicklyn

nOperating Model & Stakeholder Partnership

- Partners daily with U.S. recruiters and TA leadership, operating against agreed service levels (SLAs) and prioritiesn
- Participates in weekly recruiting operating reviews; shares metrics, insights, and continuous improvement opportunitiesn
- Partner with HR Onboarding on background checks, pre‑boarding readiness, and day‑1 handoffs as neededn

nQUALIFICATIONS

- n
- 5+ years of recruiting and/or talent acquisition operations experience, with strong research, sourcing, and stakeholder support skillsn
- High attention to detail and follow‑through; proven ability to manage checklists, timelines, and dependencies in a rapid‑moving environmentn
