n Job Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver Window façade projects from planning through execution and completion. The role requires robust leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams while ensuring quality and safety standards.

n Key Responsibilities

- n
- Plan, execute, and oversee window façade projects (glass, aluminum, ACP, unitized systems) from initiation to handovern
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgetsn
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teamsn
- Monitor site progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and resolve project challengesn
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations,



and project specificationsn
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activitiesn
- Track project costs, variations, and billing milestonesn
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholdersn
- Ensure smooth project handover and documentation closuren

n Candidate Requirements

- n
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related fieldn
- Experience in window façade/construction project managementn
- Strong knowledge of window façade systems and site execution practicesn
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teamsn
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Excel, and AutoCADn
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsn
