ncandidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the real estate industry and will be responsible for
nmanaging relationships with onsite customers, explaining project details, and ensuring customer
nsatisfaction until the closure of the sale. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-
ncentric approach, and the ability to contribute to sales growth through innovative ideas.

nKey Responsibilities:
nCustomer Management: Engage with onsite customers, providing detailed information about our real
nestate projects, and addressing their queries with clarity and professionalism.

nProject Explanation: Present project details, including features, benefits, and pricing, to potential
ncustomers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our offerings.

nCustomer Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential buyers, addressing any concerns, and
nguiding them through the sales process until the deal is closed.

nRelationship Building: Develop and nurture solid relationships with customers, ensuring a positive
nexperience that enhances customer loyalty and satisfaction.

nSales Contribution: Actively participate in the sales process, supporting efforts to achieve sales targets by leveraging customer interactions and feedback.

nIdea Generation: Proactively suggest ideas and strategies to increase sales and improve customer
nengagement based on market trends and customer feedback.

nProblem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and to the customer’s satisfaction.

nReporting: Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress for
nmanagement review.

nQualifications and Skills:
