nAbout the Role
nPentangle Tech Services is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive – US Staffing to join our growing business development team.
nThe ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in US Staffing Sales / Business Development, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients, generating staffing requirements, building client relationships, and closing business.
nCandidates with experience in Engineering Staffing, Technical Staffing, IT Staffing, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, or other engineering-related domains will be highly preferred.
nThis is a target-driven role requiring strong knowledge of the US staffing market, direct client acquisition, MSP/VMS programs, vendor management, and staffing sales cycles.




nKey Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new US-based clients for staffing and recruitment services.n
- Develop and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Procurement teams, Vendor Managers, MSPs, and VMS programs.n
- Generate new business opportunities through:n

- LinkedIn Sales Navigatorn

- Existing qualified relationshipsn
- Identify companies with active hiring needs and convert them into qualified staffing opportunities.n
- Focus on acquiring direct clients and new logos across the US market.n
- Understand client workforce requirements and position Pentangle Tech Services' staffing solutions accordingly.n
- Present company capabilities, staffing solutions, recruiting expertise, and delivery capabilities to prospective clients.n
