nCareerXperts Consulting is looking for a Strategy & Growth Lead – Founder’s Office to work closely with our CEO across business strategy, growth, people, marketing, employer branding, digital initiatives and new business development.

nThis is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who wants to work closely with the leadership team and gain a 360° view of building and scaling a business.
nYou will work directly with the CEO, help evaluate opportunities, structure decisions, develop business plans and drive strategic initiatives from idea to execution .

n What You Will Own

nAct as a strategic thought partner to the CEO by helping research,



analyse and structure important business decisions.
nYou will help answer questions such as:
nWhere should we grow? What should we build? Which markets should we enter? What should we stop doing? Where should we invest our people and resources?

- Analyse business performance, market trends, competitors and growth opportunities.n
- Develop business plans for new initiatives, verticals, services and markets.n
- Translate strategic objectives into transparent action plans and measurable outcomes.n
- Track progress and ensure initiatives move from planning to execution.n
