- Drive daily monitoring, site visits, and client coordination .n
- Ensure commercial compliance, profitability, and operational efficiency .n
- Provide technical guidance, leadership, and stakeholder management .n
- Deliver MIS & reporting with KPIs to senior management.n

n Profile:

- Solid background in drilling operations / drilling fluids .n
- Expertise in multi‑location contract execution & client handling .n
- Proven leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills .n
- B.E./B.Tech in Petroleum/Chemical/Mechanical or related discipline; advanced certifications preferred.n
