Job Description
An interior contracting and design-build organisation is hiring a Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out with 5 to 12 years of relevant experience to manage the planning, execution and delivery of interior fit-out and construction projects in Chandigarh.

nThe role will involve project planning and scheduling, completion forecasting, manpower planning, material procurement coordination, site coordination, quality control, progress monitoring and stakeholder coordination. The Project Manager will work with clients, architects, PMC teams, vendors, supervisors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to agreed schedules, quality requirements and execution standards.
nHospitality or hotel project experience is preferred for this role.

- Plan and schedule project activities in line with project requirements and agreed timelines.n
- Forecast project completion dates and monitor progress against planned milestones.n
- Manage project execution and coordinate day-to-day site and project activities.n
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for clients and PMC teams.n
- Plan and manage manpower requirements across project sites.n
- Assess material quantities required for project execution and coordinate material procurement.n
- Follow up on material requests to support timely availability at site.n
- Conduct project and site meetings with internal teams to coordinate work progress and execution requirements.n
- Coordinate with supervisors, vendors and PMC teams on site-related requirements.n
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly work progress reports are prepared and maintained.n
