Engineering managers are expected to work on many projects at the same time, build and manage diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines, formulate and execute strategies, and coordinate with other managers

- 10+ years of experience & minimum 2 years as Engineering Managern
- Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design & Distributed Architecture, Debugging and Problem Solving, Code Quality and Best Practices, Platform-Specific Knowledge.n
- Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholdersGood in code review, stakeholder management, inter-team connect and should have experience in managing 15-25 people's team.n
